Russian top officials have been trained in the U.S.

Massachusetts Institute of technology (MIT) on January 25-26 specially for the Russian top officials organized a seminar on innovation. The training was received by first Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, Deputy Prime Minister - Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Sobyanin, Minister of economic development Elvira Nabiullina, first Deputy head of presidential administration Vladislav Surkov, presidential aide Arkady Dvorkovich, the President of Sberbank German Gref, the head of "RUSNANO" Anatoly Chubais, the rector of the Academy of national economy Vladimir Mau and CEO of Russian venture company Igor Agamirzyan, the newspaper "Vedomosti".Apparently, the course that they did to the Russians, because in Davos, the head of the Russian delegation Alexei Kudrin instead of the usual financial topics talked about modernization.
